Host your next event at WheelCraft Studio!
Parties include 2 hours of studio time, a party host, access to the break room, dining area, fridge, and all supplies for your chosen craft.
Parties can be customized to your group's needs. We can accommodate a wide variety of art and craft projects and groups with 6 participants up to 30. See below for sample parties and final pricing for your event.
A $200 minimum is required to reserve your spot, paid one week in advance. Any additional fee — based on group size and craft chosen — will be confirmed with you ahead of time and charged the day of the party.
Paint on Canvas $35 each

Hand-building would be making a plate, mug, vase, or other items without the pottery wheel.
Field Trips
What do I need to do as the teacher during the field trip?
Bring your chaperones and enjoy making art alongside your students! We've got everything else covered. Your only job is helping us keep an eye on the kids.
When can we schedule our field trip?
We're most available on Fridays. If you prefer another day, reach out and we'll find a time that works for both of us. Book at least one month in advance.
Can we eat lunch here?
Yes! We have plenty of table space for kids to eat a sack lunch. Let us know ahead of time so we can plan it into your schedule.
How do we pay?
Pay in full at booking, or reserve your spot with a $200 deposit and pay the remaining balance the day of your trip.
How many chaperones do we need?
Groups must have at least one chaperone for every 8 students. WheelCraft Studio will also have one instructor for each station you choose.
Can we bring students with special needs?
Absolutely! We're glad to accommodate students with special needs. Just let us know ahead of time so we can prepare. If any students need additional help or supervision, please bring along an extra chaperone or para-educator to support them.

STATION OPTIONS: pottery wheel, hand-building with clay, glazing pottery, painting on canvas, collage, mixed media, watercolor, oil painting, still life drawing or painting, indigo dye, tie-dye, cyanotype, STEAM art projects. Got another idea? Lets chat!
Add stained glass mosaic or stained glass soldering as one of your rotations for an additional $10 per student (soldering available for groups of 10 or fewer)
ART SHOWDOWN: $35 for any size group. We'll split your group into teams of 3–5 and send them through a series of fast-paced art challenges like blindfolded drawing, a pottery wheel speed round, color match challenge, and more. Three hours of friendly competition, laughter, and creativity for the whole group.
